On August 15th, with the reporting of the last data of the temperature rise test result of the SF-80000/220 transformer product, there was great rejoicing in the high-voltage test hall of Shandong Longma Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. This marked that Longma Electrical’s first 220kV export transformer with low partial discharge, low temperature rise, and full insulation successfully passed the factory test at one go, and all performance indicators were better than the technical requirements of foreign customers.
It is understood that for this seemingly ordinary 220kV transformer, the technical requirements put forward by foreign customers are not ordinary. The insulation requirements are as high as the domestic 330kV level, with full insulation of the neutral point, low partial discharge, low temperature rise, small capacity, and special operating environment. These technical indicators are quite harsh, and the manufacturing difficulty is relatively large. Peer enterprises generally accept orders with caution.
After fully understanding the customer’s needs and confirming the order, Longma Electrical immediately organized key technical personnel from positions such as design, process, and testing to form a “Technical Research Group for Key Product Projects”.
The product design overcame various difficulties. After multiple reviews and optimizations of the design plan, simulation technology was used to analyze and verify the electric field distribution and wave process. The structure was selected from the best, the process was made meticulous, and the quality was made even more stringent. The product entered the test procedure as scheduled.
The partial discharge level is only 50pc, which is a label of the successful one-time development of this product with high insulation requirements.
